    For sit-down events: We can accommodate up to 16 people.
    For standing cocktail-style events: We can accommodate up to 40.
    For a hybrid event: 20-25 people work well.

    Our versatile space is perfect for various needs, including birthday parties, corporate meetings, nonprofit team events, political fundraisers, paint nights, artist workshops, sip and shops, and more!

    Food:
    We can cater your event!  If you spend at least $350 on food with us, the space rental is a flat $65 fee for up to three hours. We do not charge to bring in outside food.

    Pricing:
    Our pricing is straightforward. Events start at $150 for one hour, and each additional hour up to four hours is $70

    This mocktail class is a fun and interactive session where participants learn how to create four delicious, refreshing, non-alcoholic cocktails.

    During the class, participants will learn about the types of mocktails, the techniques and tools required to make them, and how to balance different flavors and ingredients to create a perfectly balanced drink.

    The class typically begins with an introduction to mocktails and their benefits, followed by an overview of the different types of ingredients and tools needed to create this class's lineup. Next, participants will learn how to muddle herbs, shake and strain drinks, and make their unique blends of juices, syrups, and sometimes sodas.

    Throughout the class, participants can taste-test different mocktails, experiment with different flavors, and receive personalized feedback from the instructor. By the end of the course, participants will have a newfound appreciation for non-alcoholic cocktails and the skills to create their own delicious and refreshing drinks at home.

    All the Skills You Need to Build an Elevated Charcuterie Board

    Step up your charcuterie game & learn how to execute an amazing charcuterie board! Be prepared to learn skills that will elevate your charcuterie game. What tools to use, how to make Meat Flowers, shape fruit efficiently & PROPERLY lay items in a visual appealing way.

    During the class, participants will build their charcuterie board, learn how to place cheeses and gourmet items on their board and how and create rosettes made of cured meats and or fruits.

    The class typically begins with a brief overview of the history of charcuterie. During the tasting portion of the class, participants will sample various cheeses and learn how Construct a killer board for the next event your hosting.

    Throughout the class, participants can ask questions and receive personalized feedback from the instructor. By the end of the course, participants will have a deeper understanding and appreciation for a well-executed charcuterie board.

    This cheese class is a fun and informative session where participants learn about three types of Gourmet cheeses, their history and origins, and how to taste and pair them with other foods and beverages.

    During the class, participants will have the opportunity to sample a variety of cheeses from different regions and learn how to recognize their unique flavor profiles.

    The class typically begins with an introduction to cheese and its production, including the different types of milk used, the cheese-making process, and the aging and storage of cheese. Next, participants will learn about the various cheese categories, including soft, hard, blue, and aged, and how to recognize the characteristics of each.

    During the tasting portion of the class, participants will sample a variety of cheeses and learn how to assess their appearance, aroma, texture, and flavor. They will also learn about different flavor pairings, such as wine, beer, bread, fruit, and nuts, and how to create a perfect cheese plate.

    Throughout the class, participants can ask questions and receive personalized feedback from the instructor. By the end of the course, participants will have a deeper appreciation of cheese and the skills to recognize, taste, and pair different types of cheese with other foods and beverages.
